Silvia Confalonieri is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Medical Detailing at MAM Baby since July 2016. In this role, Silvia oversees brand strategy, digital communication, trade marketing, innovation, and medical strategy for the Italian market. Prior to MAM Baby, Silvia held positions at Novartis Consumer Health and GSK Consumer Healthcare as a Senior Brand Manager, managing global and local brands such as Voltaren and Narhinel. Additional experience includes brand management roles at Sara Lee Household & Bodycare and Lactalis Italia, with a focus on brand strategy development, market research, and product launches. Silvia's educational background includes a Master's in Social Media and Community Management from 24ORE Business School and a Bachelor's in Economics from Università Bocconi.
