Mama Cash
Bianca Dyers is an experienced professional in the field of human rights and social justice, currently serving as an IDR Officer at Mama Cash since July 2023. Previously, Bianca held the position of Program Manager at KidsRights from July 2022 to July 2023 and worked as a Candidate Attorney at Miller du Toit Cloete Inc from December 2019 to June 2022. Additional experience includes a role as a Project Intern at the SOGIESC Unit - Centre for Human Rights from December 2020 to August 2021 and as a Research Assistant at the University of the Western Cape in 2017. Bianca Dyers holds advanced degrees including an Advanced LLM in International Children's Rights from Leiden University and a Master of Laws in International Protection of Human Rights from the University of the Western Cape, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution.

Mama Cash
Founded in Amsterdam in 1983, Mama Cash is the oldest international women’s fund and one of just a few funds dedicated exclusively to advancing women’s, girls’ and trans and intersex people’s human rights globally. We give grants to over 130 forward-thinking initiatives led by women, girls and trans people around the world annually, supporting them not only financially, but also by sharing knowledge and networking opportunities. Mama Cash supports the development of regional women’s funds around the world. We also encourage other funders to support the feminist activism of women, girls and trans people, and we learn and share results. We’re on a mission: courageous women’s, girls’ and trans people’s human rights organisations worldwide need funding and supportive networks in order to grow and transform their communities. Together with these activists and our donors, we work towards a more just world for women, girls and trans people.
