Faith Kibor currently serves as the Head of Digital Operations at Mama Cash, having previously held roles such as Project Manager at Incentro and Consultant in Project & Service Delivery while self-employed. Faith has extensive experience in IT and client support, notably as Chief Client Support Officer at Virtual City, where leadership was provided to a team managing projects across multiple countries. Previous positions include Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Virtual City, Data Analyst at Bridge International Academies, and Business Intelligence Analyst at Ascribe Plc. Educational qualifications include a Program of Management Development from Strathmore Business School, an M.A. in Project Management from the University of Nairobi, a B.Com. in Management Information Systems from Daystar University, and additional training at the Kenya Institute of Management.

Mama Cash
Founded in Amsterdam in 1983, Mama Cash is the oldest international women’s fund and one of just a few funds dedicated exclusively to advancing women’s, girls’ and trans and intersex people’s human rights globally. We give grants to over 130 forward-thinking initiatives led by women, girls and trans people around the world annually, supporting them not only financially, but also by sharing knowledge and networking opportunities. Mama Cash supports the development of regional women’s funds around the world. We also encourage other funders to support the feminist activism of women, girls and trans people, and we learn and share results. We’re on a mission: courageous women’s, girls’ and trans people’s human rights organisations worldwide need funding and supportive networks in order to grow and transform their communities. Together with these activists and our donors, we work towards a more just world for women, girls and trans people.
