Mama to Mama is the first and ONLY baby bank service in Thanet providing pre-loved clothing, hygiene products and essential items to children under 5 living in poverty.  

Through referrals from support workers, Mama to Mama supports the most vulnerable households in Thanet, which is one of the most disadvantaged local authorities in the UK. We work to support all those living in poverty, as well as those struggling with mental health issues, fleeing domestic abuse or human trafficking, asylum seekers, refugees, care leavers or those who are homeless or living in temporary accommodation. 

We want to ensure that every newborn baby is given the essentials they need to give them the best start in life, whilst giving their caregivers the hope and confidence they deserve.
