Andrea Szot

Andrea Szot has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Andrea began their career as a Sales Associate at A.C. Moore and later worked as a Waitress and Hostess at Ruby Tuesday. In 2012, they volunteered at Living Hope, where they assisted with daily tasks and interacted with community members. Andrea also worked as a Student Ambassador Intern at USEED, collaborating with colleagues to remodel company approaches and creating a Registered Student Organization at the University of Delaware.

Andrea has also worked in various marketing roles. Andrea served as a Strategic Marketing Intern at Pizza By Elizabeths, where they developed tactical plans and implemented business and marketing strategies. At TekSolv, they worked as a Marketing and Social Media Management Intern, analyzing marketing strategies and managing social media accounts. Andrea was also a Digital Marketing Coordinator at TekSolv, responsible for developing content and marketing messages.

In 2011, Andrea began their tenure at the University of Delaware, where they held multiple roles. Andrea served as a Social Media Ambassador, managing the university's Twitter account and acting as a resource for students and community members. Andrea also worked as a Mentor Resident Assistant, providing leadership and guidance to a team of staff members. Additionally, they were a Resident Assistant, supporting and advising a floor community.

More recently, Andrea has been involved in the food industry. Andrea worked at Maman NYC as a Marketing Director, leading and building the brand's marketing efforts and establishing brand partnerships. Andrea also played a key role in the development of a new brand, Mademoiselle NYC, where they served as the Brand Director, overseeing brand concept, marketing, promotions, and image.

Andrea Szot attended Red Lion Christian Academy from 1998 to 2010 and obtained a High School Diploma. Andrea then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2010 to 2014. In June 2014, they also obtained a Basic Orientation Plus Certification from the Delaware Valley Safety Council.
