Ricardo Vieira

Ricardo Vieira is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food sectors, currently serving as Venue Manager at MAMAS DINING GROUP since January 2025. Previously, Ricardo founded Wowgarve Food Experience, focusing on creating cultural experiences through sensory immersion in the Algarve, and operated as Executive Chef and Owner of Restaurant Boca Xica, overseeing all aspects of restaurant management. Additional roles include Operational F&B Manager at Viceroy Bali, where responsibilities encompassed financial oversight and event organization, and Talent Coach at W Hotels, enhancing team service standards. Earlier experiences also include international recruitment and positions in various hospitality roles, supplemented by a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Universidade do Algarve and several other relevant academic qualifications.
