Jason Martini has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Jason started their career as a Sous Chef at Sbicca An American Bistro in 2004 and then moved on to work as a Sous Chef at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from 2005 to 2007. Jason continued to advance in their career as a Sous Chef at Festivities Catering & Special Events and Picnic People from 2007 to 2009. Jason then took on the role of Executive Chef at The Boathouse Restaurant from 2009 to 2011 before transitioning to The Neighborhood House Association where they served as an Executive Chef from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they also became the Chef Owner at GoEntree | nutrition-n-motion LLC from 2011 to 2015. Jason then took on the role of Senior Account Manager & Corporate Chef at The Avalon Group from 2015 to 2017. After that, they served as the Director of Sales, West at Elohi Strategic Advisors from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Jason is the Chief of Food Service Operations at Mama's Kitchen starting from 2018.
Jason Martini has an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition from Kansas State University.
