Jon Manes

Jon Manes is an experienced information technology executive with a robust background in the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Mambo Seafood Restaurants since April 2023, Jon is focused on leveraging technology to enhance franchise growth. Previously, Jon held the role of Vice President of Information Technology and Facilities at Smokey Mo's BBQ, where efforts concentrated on modernizing systems and supporting ambitious corporate goals. At K&N Management, from May 2005 to December 2020, Jon was the Director of Information Technology, playing a key role in strategic planning and operations for a large hospitality management group. Additionally, Jon supported the growth of Strong Electric LLC in a concurrent Director of IT role from May 2010 to June 2015, aiding in significant revenue increases.
