Sarah Cotaya

Sarah Cotaya has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Sarah is currently the Vice President of Operations Services at Mambo Seafood Restaurants. Prior to that, they worked at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, where they held the role of Associate Vice President of Training & Operational Support before being promoted to Senior Director of Training, Operations Support. Sarah also worked as an Operational Training Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they were a Manager at Pappas Restaurants, where they rotated through various Houston-area locations and focused on training back-of-the-house personnel. Sarah also trained Purchasing Managers on a new software system.
