Lionel Lim, FCCA (UK), has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Lionel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MAMEE-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd, where they lead and manages the financial operations of the company. Before that, they held the position of Director of Finance at the same company, where they were actively involved in various finance-related matters and provided strategic financial support to the senior management team. Prior to this, Lionel worked as the Head of Finance at MSTS Asia Sdn Bhd, overseeing finance activities in the Far East Asia Region and partnering with different business teams to drive financial transparency. Lionel also served as a Financial Controller at Porsche Holding, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Before joining Porsche Holding, Lionel worked at Honda Malaysia as the Country Finance and Accounting Manager, managing the financial performance of the company and leading various finance functions. Lionel has also gained experience working at AUO SunPower Sdn Bhd as a Senior Financial Analyst, IBM as an Expense Consolidation Lead and Financial Analyst, HSBC as a Global Support Executive, and Deloitte as an Audit Trainee. Lionel's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial decision-making.

Lionel Lim, FCCA (UK), completed their education in the field of accounting and business/management. Lionel started their education journey in 2002 at Multimedia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree. Lionel successfully completed their degree with a First Class Honours distinction in 2007.

Following this, Lionel joined ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in 2007 and completed the Professional Level (P1 to P5) of the program by the end of 2008.

In addition to their education, Lionel obtained certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in September 2016.
