Wim Dijkshoorn

Wim Dijkshoorn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wim currently holds the position of Global Head SHE-Q at Mammoet, where they are responsible for providing solutions to lifting, transporting, installing, and decommissioning projects. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Owner of Process ProW. Wim has also worked as a Program Manager at TenneT, a Senior QHSE Consultant at HVC, and an Environment Specialist at Energie Transitie Partners. In addition, they have held various managerial positions, such as QHSE Manager at Bluestream Offshore B.V., Director QESH at Indaver, and QHSSE Manager at Fairmount Marine B.V. and Boskalis Westminster Ltd. Overall, Wim Dijkshoorn's work experience reflects their expertise in QHSE management and their ability to lead and implement safety and quality standards across different organizations and projects.

Wim Dijkshoorn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Professional Education Rijswijk, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Wim then pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Wim Dijkshoorn has also earned various certifications in safety, leadership, and auditing throughout their career.
