Doug Waller has had an extensive work experience spanning from 2002 to 2020. Doug started their career as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 2002 to 2008. Following their military service, they joined Procter & Gamble in 2008 and worked there as a Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) professional until 2015. Doug then moved on to The Coca-Cola Company, where they worked in Strategy, Insights, and Analytics from 2015 to 2019. After that, they joined InContext Solutions as the Chief Revenue Officer in 2019 and subsequently served as the Head of Retail at Harry's, Inc. in 2020.

Doug Waller attended the United States Naval Academy from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. In 2002, they briefly enrolled at the University of Maryland, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Government and Politics. Later, in 2011 to 2012, they studied at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business to complete a Certificate in Financial Planning.
