Throughout her tenure, Jess has propelled Coterie into a leading position in the market, challenging the traditional dominance of established brands and reshaping the industry landscape. Before she was appointed CEO, Jess served as Coterie’s Chief Brand Officer, where she led the team responsible for elevating the brand, growing awareness, and deepening affinity with its loyal and engaged community.
Jess is a storytelling expert with 15 years of experience building premium brands and crafting inspiring content for some of the most iconic companies. Prior to Coterie, Jess was VP of Creative for Lola, an omni-channel feminine care brand with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Before that, she spent many years as the Creative Director for a digital agency, leading the creative and strategic marketing work for her core clients: Nike, Apple, and Glossier.
