Currently serving as the lead for consumer insights at Harry's, Inc. since April 2019, Margaret drives the function for the Ventures team, focusing on brand opportunities and executing market studies. Prior roles include Director of Customer Insights and Loyalty at Birchbox and Associate Manager of Consumer Insights at PepsiCo, where Margaret executed comprehensive research initiatives, tracked customer experience, and managed loyalty programs. Margaret's early career includes valuable insights roles with Clorox, Vault.com, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Teach For America. Margaret holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School and a BA in History and Sociology from Duke University.
