Jerry McKnight has extensive experience in engineering management and consultancy within the aviation industry, currently serving as the Manager of On-site Engineering at Mammoth Freighters since August 2022. Prior to this, Jerry held various engineering roles at GDC Technics, LLC, including Principal Engineer - Mechanical and Mechanical Engineering Manager from January 2020 to August 2022. As an Engineering Consultant at Beatus Design from December 2018 to January 2020, Jerry provided VIP interior consulting for MSB Resources Corp in Wichita, Kansas. Jerry's earlier roles include Lead Liaison Engineer at GDC Technics, Ltd., and Contract Lead Engineer at Associated Air Center, focusing on major aircraft programs and interior installations. Educational background includes studies at Grayson College from 1981 to 1984.

Mammoth Freighters

Mammoth Freighters LLC (Mammoth) was founded in December of 2020 to design, develop, convert, and support the development of passenger to freighter conversions. The launch type is the Boeing 777 (both the 200 LR and 300 ER variants). The Mammoth converted 777 is one of the most productive and economical 777 long range freighters in the world. Mammoth, a Boeing Licensee for the Boeing 777, is developing a global production and conversion site network which will include its Ft. Worth, Alliance Texas Facility as well as additional conversion capacity planned at three other sites around the world. Mammoth is backed by private investment funds managed by Fortress Investment Group LLC and its affiliates. Mammoth is based in Orlando, Florida with engineering offices in Escondido, California and Seattle, Washington.
