Caroline Britton is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a diverse background in healthcare and tourism. Currently serving as Communications Strategist and Community Outreach Coordinator at Mammoth Hospital since May 2021, Caroline previously worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Northern Inyo Healthcare District from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, Caroline was the Director of Special Events at Mammoth Lakes Tourism between October 2018 and August 2020, and held multiple roles—including Event Production Manager and Executive Assistant—at Mammoth Mountain from April 2005 to October 2018.
