Sarah Lang, MEd, LAT, ATC, OTC is a Certified Athletic Trainer with a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. With experience in various healthcare settings, Sarah has worked as a Physician Extender, Health Service Coordinator, and Graduate Medical Education Coordinator. Sarah has provided care for Division I athletes, maintained health records, and ensured eligibility for participation in sports. Currently, Sarah works at Swift Institute as a Certified Athletic Trainer.
