Lexie Gritlefeld

Lexie Gritlefeld is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outdoor recreation advocacy and communications. Currently serving as the Director for the California Outdoor Recreation Partnership since December 2019, Lexie engages in policy shaping, community inclusion, and event planning. Additionally, roles as a Silver Pro Rep for both Blizzard and Tecnica, along with a Mountain Host position at Mammoth Mountain, demonstrate Lexie's commitment to outdoor engagement. As the Founder and CEO of Talus since June 2019 and a former Ambassador & Athlete Program Manager at Coalition Snow, Lexie has a strong background in brand promotion and athlete relations. Previous experience includes communications and public affairs roles with Stacy Miller Public Affairs and U.S. House of Representatives. Lexie's academic background includes a B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, alongside certifications in avalanche safety.
