Olaf Andrich

Olaf Andrich is the current General Manager of Europe for Mammotome. Prior to this, they served as Regional Sales Manager Germany North for Johnson & Johnson Breast Care from April 2008 to October 2010. In this role, they were responsible for reporting, controlling, and monitoring a regional sales force; organizing local congresses; leadership and management of a regional sales force; key account management; involvement in business and strategic planning; and successful implementation of new sales ways. Olaf also developed excellent contacts with buying groups, radiologists, pathologists, and gynecologists. From October 2000 to March 2008, Olaf served as a Sales Representative for Johnson & Johnson Breast Care, managing and developing different sales territories, organizing Centers of Excellence, successfully selling high-priced disposables and capital equipment, and KOL management. Olaf also shared best sales practices with their colleagues and developed excellent contacts with buying groups, radiologists, pathologists, and gynecologists.

Olaf Andrich reports to Mike Feld, President. They work with Matthew Norris - VP, Operations, Jack Cummings - Director, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, and Josh Shenk - VP, Engineering, Research, & Development.
