Best Homes for Dubai Government, Signature Housing, Ajman Community Houses and Townships in Malaysia are some of our ventures which took us more towards our vision. MAMS also has a significant experience in construction of hospitals. Dubai American Hospital is one such feather in our cap. MAMS works very closely with government organizations on BOT model in building hospitals and healthcare services.

MAMS has affordable living projects in Uttar Pradesh as well as Andhra Pradesh in India and also luxury living projects in Abu Dhabi (Platinum Signature Homes) and Malaysia. We are currently undertaking affordable housing in Jammu and Kashmir; this is a joint venture between Jammu & Kashmir Co-operative Housing Corporation Limited and Mams Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. Isolux Corsan and Saamag Construction are our partner and associates in lieu of the housing ventures we provide.
