Andrea Haughton

Andrea Haughton is currently the Head of HR at MAN Energy Solutions since February 2006. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of HR Manager at MAN Diesel & Turbo from February 2006 to January 2014. Before joining the MAN group, Andrea worked as an HR Manager at both Unilever from April 2005 to February 2006 and Delphi Automotive from February 1999 to March 2005. Andrea also served as an HR Partner at Polynorm Plastics from January 1997 to January 1999 and started their career as Personnel at Mono Pumps Ltd (National Oilwell Varco) from September 1986 to November 1997.
