Marilena della Casa

Marilena Della Casa has extensive work experience in human resources. Marilena is currently the Head of HR at MAN Energy Solutions since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Corporate Human Resources at Reichle & De-Massari AG from September 2012 to May 2022. Marilena also served as the Head HR Switzerland at the same company from November 2009 to August 2012. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at Sika from October 2005 to November 2009. Marilena started their career at IVECO, where they held various roles including Responsible Training and Development BU Customer Service from July 2003 to September 2005, and Responsible Training and Development for the Major Market Germany and Alps Regions from May 2001 to June 2003.

Marilena Della Casa completed a CAS FH in Organisationsentwicklung und -beratung at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz in 2021. In 2008, they attended KS Kaderschulen Zurich and obtained an NDS in HR Management & Coaching. Additionally, in 2001, they earned a Swiss Federal Certificate in HR from KLZ Zurich.
