Daniel Ruppert

Daniel Ruppert serves as Vice President and Head of Customer Service IT at MAN Truck & Bus SE since July 2021, overseeing global digital solutions for customer service within the MAN Group. Previously, Daniel held the position of Vice President and Head of Retail Applications, also at MAN Truck & Bus SE, where responsibility encompassed global IT solutions and customer-oriented digital products. From February 2014 to July 2021, Daniel managed the entire IT team at MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH, focusing on IT strategy and operations to support transportation solutions. Prior experience includes roles at Volkswagen Vertriebsbetreuungsgesellschaft mbH as IT Project Manager, and positions in project governance and business processes. Notably, Daniel led a significant IT project to implement an integrated sales workplace based on Salesforce as a global blueprint for the MAN Group.
