Mitsuaki H. has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory roles in the financial industry. Mitsuaki currently serves as the Head of Compliance Asia at Man Group, where they lead the compliance team and manages all compliance matters in the Asia region. Prior to that, they were the Head of Legal & Compliance Group at Amundi, responsible for overseeing the company's compliance and regulatory risks as the Chief Compliance Officer. Mitsuaki also worked as the Director of Compliance Japan at Man Group, where they had strategic responsibilities for compliance and regulatory advocacy in Japan and South Korea. Mitsuaki H. has held various other compliance roles at Angelo Gordon, Nikko Asset Management Group, UBS, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity Investments, and Merrill Lynch throughout their career.

Mitsuaki H.'s education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School, obtained between 1992 and 1994. Mitsuaki also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Keio University, which they earned from 1985 to 1989. In terms of additional certifications, Mitsuaki has obtained various certifications such as the Real Estate Notary/Broker certification from Tokyo, which they obtained in 2019. Mitsuaki is also a Certified Private Equity Professional and a Certified Hedge Fund Professional in Due Diligence, both obtained in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Certified Financial Services Auditor certification, obtained in 2006. Mitsuaki also has two internal administration certifications, one from the Japan Securities Dealers Association and the other from the Financial Futures Association of Japan.
