Lilly Harris

Lilly H. is an accomplished executive serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Man-Machine Systems Assessment (MSA) since 2011, where responsibilities include leading corporate growth and developing strategic goals and policies. Lilly has held various high-level roles at MSA, including Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President & CFO, overseeing financial plans and accounting practices. Prior experience includes positions as HR Director and Marketing Director/Business Development. In 2023, Lilly assumed the role of Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Alexandria Country Day School, leading the team to a League Championship. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University, an Owner/President Management degree from Harvard Business School, and a Film Producing Certificate from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Additionally, Lilly produced the NYU student short film "Breaking Up the Signals," which debuted in Canada in 2006.
