Rajee Aryal

Rajee Aryal is an accomplished 2-dimensional artist currently working at Mana Contemporary in Pilsen, Chicago, since May 2013. As co-owner and creative director of Newa Group LLC, operating as Chiya Chai Cafe in Chicago since June 2016, Rajee combines creative vision with business acumen. Formerly a technical product manager at Biome Analytics, Rajee led development initiatives focused on product efficiency and automation from January 2019 to January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a software engineer at the American College of Surgeons and a founder of Namaste Natural Products LLC. Rajee's technical expertise stems from a substantial background in software development, including positions at BMC Software as a senior software developer, with a strong foundation in both mathematics and computer science from Luther College and a master's degree in fine and studio arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
