Heather Williams

Heather Williams is an experienced Chief People Officer currently at MANA Group since May 2023 and previously held the same title at Mana Search from January 2018 to April 2023, specializing in recruitment for VC and growth equity backed fintech firms. Prior to this, Heather served as an Accredited Financial Investigator at the Metropolitan Police Service from January 2004 to January 2018, focusing on organized crime, Anti Money Laundering, Fraud, and Counter Terrorism. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Southampton, which was obtained between 1999 and 2002, and completed education at Ursuline High School Wimbledon from 1993 to 1997.
