Melina Rottchen

Melina Rottchen serves as the Co-Founder of PointeRH since February 2024 and has been the CEO and Founder of Manage Resources - Latam since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing annual hiring plans and coordinating recruitment selectors. Previously, Melina held the position of Responsable de RR. HH. at Nortec Design S.R.L from January 2020 to July 2021, focusing on employee wellbeing and absenteeism control. Prior experience includes serving as the Jefe de recursos humanos at Grupo PRÓXIMA from January 2018 to December 2019, overseeing payroll and HR administration, as well as generating management reports. Melina's educational background includes a degree in Relaciones del Trabajo from Universidad Nacional de Moreno, training in Talent Management from Mercer, and certifications in SQL databases and business administration from various institutions.
