They manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently. Account Managers work with national accounts to maintain and grow client partnerships, while Customer Service Representatives handle day-to-day member interactions, guided by the Customer Service Team Lead to maintain service quality and consistency.
