The Customer Service & Account Management team at MHN ensures the highest level of support and satisfaction for our members and clients. They manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues swiftly and efficiently. Account Managers work with national accounts to maintain and grow client partnerships, while Customer Service Representatives handle day-to-day member interactions, guided by the Customer Service Team Lead to maintain service quality and consistency.
