Dustin Krauss

Dustin Krauss has worked for four companies in the past decade. In 2019, they began working as the Director of Service Delivery for Network Coverage. Prior to that, they were a Field Engineer at Zones, LLC starting in 2016. From 2009 to 2016, they were an Information Technology Specialist III at Altice USA. Dustin began their career in 2007 as a Digital Specialist at Best Buy.

Dustin Krauss has a diverse educational background, having studied Information Technology with specialization in information assurance and cyber security at Capella University, Computer Software Engineering at Arizona State University, and Information Technology at Nassau Community College. Dustin also holds the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in January 2021.
