Felix I.

Felix I. has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2003 with a volunteer role at IREX. In 2006, they began freelancing as a contractor and also volunteered at SABR. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at BNMC - Bredy Network Management Corporation as a System Engineer, providing general tech support, system analysis and design, and networking design, building and troubleshooting. In 2018, they moved to Network Coverage, where they held the roles of Technical Operations Manager, Technical Solutions Coordinator, Systems Engineer, Project Engineer, and IT Specialist II. As Project Engineer, Felix provided client infrastructure and operation analysis, identified and resolved root causes of outstanding issues, participated in infrastructure building and upgrading projects, and acted as an escalation point.

Felix I. attended Northeastern University from 2009 to 2028 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies. Additionally, they obtained a Dell Sonicwall Technical certification from Dell in May 2013.
