Zachary Francis

Zachary Francis has worked in the IT and sales fields since 2012. Zachary began their career as an Evening Housekeeper at Sheraton in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Representative at F.y.e. For Your Entertainment and a Sales Representative (Mobile Electronics, Computer Electronics) at Best Buy. In 2014, they started working at Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Agent, where they have developed strong problem-solving skills through training and trial and error. Currently, they are an IT Specialist 1 at Network Coverage.

Zachary Francis received their High School Diploma from St. Marys High School in 2010. Zachary then attended Champlain College from 2010 to 2014, studying Video Game Art & Animation. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Southern New Hampshire University to study Game Art and Development. Finally, they attended Salem State University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
