Khalid NAJI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development within the fields of mineral processing and materials science. Since September 2013, Khalid has held the position of Senior R&D Manager at Groupe Managem, overseeing R&D activities in mineralurgy and supporting copper and gold processing plants while developing processes for new projects. Previously, from January 2011 to September 2013, Khalid worked as an R&D Engineer at Institut Lumière Matière, focusing on the development of a UV lamp prototype for water treatment and managing electronic sources and industrial collaboration. Khalid's academic background includes a Doctorate in Material Physics from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and a Master’s in Material Sciences from Université de Rouen, along with research experience in semiconductor nanowires and teaching roles in nanoscale engineering.
