Managem SA, formerly Bureau de Recherches Er de Participations Minieres SA, is a Morocco-based company engaged in the mining and hydrometallurgical industry. It provides metals, such as gold bullion, silver bullions and anodes, as well as cobalt cathodes; derivatives, including zinc oxide, copper sulfate and arsenic trioxide, and concentrates of zinc, lead, copper and fluorine. It operates through several subsidiaries, Compagnie de Tifnout Tighanimine, specialized in the production and evaluation of cobalt; Societe Metallurgique d'Imiter, managing the Imiter mine, which produces bullions of silver; Samine Societe Anonyme d'Entreprise Miniere, specialized in fluoride production; Compagnie Miniere des Guemmassas, which produces concentrates of zinc, copper and lead; Reminex, engaged in the area of technology and research; Techsub, specialized in drilling and underground work, and Akka Gold Mining, engaged in mining gold, among others.

The leadership team at Managem has a lot of experience in different industries. The team has a Chief People Officer who used to work at Groupe Managem, a VP HR who used to work at Danone, and a General Manager Corporate Human Resources who used to work at ALJICO TOYOTA. The team also has an HR Director who used to work at Mondelēz International. All of the members of the team have different educational backgrounds. The Chief People Officer has a background in Information Technology from Toulouse INP, the VP HR has a background in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from ESG Paris, and the General Manager Corporate Human Resources has a background in Toyota from ESG Paris.
