Lina Ha-Stone, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, cost and pricing strategy, and compliance oversight in both non-profit and logistical environments. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at Management and Engineering Technologies International, Inc. (METI) since October 2023, Lina supports the US Forest Service's International Programs in the Africa and Middle East region by managing international project operations and facilitating expert recruitment. Previously, as a Senior Pricing Manager at Plan International USA, Lina successfully led the cost and pricing strategy while collaborating with over 80 country offices. Additional experience includes roles at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) as a Cost and Pricing Manager and Program Officer, and earlier positions in compliance and grant analysis with organizations such as the State of Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Women for Women International. Lina holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a dual B.A. degree in French and International Studies from Texas State University.
