Floriza Genautis has over 30 years of work experience in the staffing industry. Floriza started their career in 1990 at Parker and Lynch, where they worked in accounting for four years. Floriza then joined West Valley Engineering as an Accounting/Recruiter, staying with the company for three years. In 1997, Floriza moved on to Management Solutions Inc. as a Manager for Interim Services, a position they held for five years. Floriza then joined Ajilon as an Account Manager for one year before moving to Kforce, where they worked as an Account Manager for two years. In 2006, Floriza founded their own company, Management Business Solutions, where they currently serve as the CEO.
Floriza Genautis attended De La Salle University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Computer Application.
