Dr. Markus Kittler

Dr. Markus Kittler serves as the Academic Director for the Executive PhD Program in Management at MCI Management Center Innsbruck since 2018, where the program is jointly offered with the University of Antwerp and Antwerp Management School, focusing on applying advanced knowledge and research skills to real-world business challenges. Appointed as a FH-Professor in 2018, Dr. Kittler is also involved in the Department of Management and Law and the Business Administration Online degree programs at MCI. In addition, Dr. Kittler holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Antwerp Management School, supporting the collaboration in the Executive PhD Program. Prior to these roles, Dr. Kittler accumulated extensive experience at the University of Stirling, where involvement spanned various positions such as Programme Director for DBA and MRes programs, as well as at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg as a researcher and lecturer, with a focus on international business and management. Dr. Kittler earned a PhD and a German Master’s degree in Business and Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
