Kristina Kleinlercher is an accomplished academic and marketing professional currently serving as a Professor of Omnichannel Marketing & Sales and Associate Professor of Digital Marketing & Sales at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Project Manager, as well as a PhD Candidate at the University of St.Gallen from April 2014 to September 2021, where Kristina conducted studies on online and cross-channel consumer behavior and consulted for B2B and B2C companies. Kristina's earlier experiences include internships in media communication and PR at Swarovski and marketing and sales at Olympiaworld Innsbruck. Kristina holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St.Gallen and a Magistra der Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften in International Business from Universität Innsbruck.
