Thomas Devine has a diverse background in financial management, training, and consulting. Thomas has worked for various organizations over the years, including Management Concepts, where they held several roles such as Financial Management-Product Management Director, Course Management Director-Financial Management, Subject Matter Expert/Instructor-Financial Management, and Financial Management and Grants Instructor. In these positions, they were responsible for driving strategic design and performance of financial management training courses and services, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and providing expertise in government financial management. Thomas also owned and operated their own business, Devine Solutions Inc, where they provided training and management consulting services. Additionally, they served as the Chief Operations Officer for WEB MEDIUM SOLUTIONS LLC. Prior to these roles, Thomas had experience as a Senior Finance Program Manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and as the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for the Massachusetts National Guard Bureau. Thomas has extensive knowledge in areas such as government accounting, auditing, budget, appropriation law, internal control, and enterprise risk management. Thomas Devine holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Nichols College, obtained between 2010 and 2011. Prior to this, they earned a BSBA degree in Finance from Nichols College, completing their studies between 1985 and 1989. In addition to their degrees, Thomas also has certifications in Certified Defense Financial Management and Certified Defense Financial Manager.
