Justin Dubose

Justin DuBose has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Justin began their career in the United States Air Force in 1992 and served as an Active Duty Servicemember until 2014. Following their military service, they joined the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), where they worked as a Supervisory Special Agent until 2014. In 2014, Justin transitioned to the private sector and joined New Earth Compost, where they held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. In 2020, they joined Management Controls, Inc. as the Regional Vice President of Sales.

Justin DuBose holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Forensic Psychology from Park University and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Safety Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. In 2019, they obtained a certificate in Business Finance from Harvard Business School. Furthermore, they have certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and Lean Manufacturing from the United States Air Force, which they obtained in 2014 and 2010, respectively.
