Ken Naughton

Ken Naughton began their work experience in 1994 as an Investment Banker at Paine Webber. Ken then joined Accenture in 1996 as a Senior Manager in the Energy and Chemicals practice, where they worked for 15 years. In 2011, Naughton joined Management Controls, Inc. as the Vice President of Consulting Services, responsible for creating and growing a consulting services practice. Later that year, they became the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations and growth of the company. In 2017, Naughton was promoted to President of Management Controls, Inc., focusing on expanding new industry verticals and developing technology-driven solutions.

Ken Naughton earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus on Economics from Stephen F. Austin State University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX), completing their studies from 1993 to 1995.
