Mike Heppe

Michael Heppe serves as the Technical Lead at MDSi, Inc. since August 2007, overseeing the Test/Repair department and managing the development and maintenance of lab test beds for network equipment. Prior to this role, Michael was the Technical Manager at nFini Systems from 2002 to 2007, where responsibilities included leading a fiber upgrade project for Verizon in central Illinois and designing test procedures for prototypes. Earlier in Michael's career, from 1997 to 2002, the role of Electronic Technician at dts involved testing and configuring new products, as well as maintaining ISO 9000 work instructions. Michael earned an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology from Gwinnett Technical College between 1995 and 1997.
