Grace Berke McKinney is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in administrative support, community engagement, and development. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Management HQ, Grace provides executive support and manages communications for the CEO. Prior roles include Administrative Support Specialist at Artistic Logistics, Development Manager at Threshold Community Program, and Community Coordinator at Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association, where responsibilities encompassed outreach, fundraising, and advocacy in community development. Grace's experience also includes extensive work in the arts sector with Northrop Auditorium and Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, along with early roles focusing on customer service and event management. Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and possesses a strong commitment to advancing community initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships.
