Stephen Farley

Stephen Farley serves as a Board Member for Management One Ltd, The Wright Museum, Wolfeboro Area Recreation Association, and the New Hampshire Boat Museum, alongside a trustee role at the Wolfeboro Public Library. As the owner of 134 Consulting, LLC since June 2020, Stephen focuses on delivering actionable insights without the common pitfalls of consultancy fatigue. Previously, Stephen held significant leadership positions, including President of Retail at Hallmark Cards, where a comprehensive overhaul of operations led to a performance-driven culture, and CEO of North America at Regus Corporation, achieving substantial revenue growth. Earlier career highlights include executive roles at The Yankee Candle Company, Bombay Canada, JCPenney, Payless ShoeSource, Earl Palmer Brown, and Pizza Hut. Stephen holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Rutgers University.
