Björn Tieleman is a seasoned project leader and interim manager with extensive experience in ICT and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Leader ICT/Product Owner at Gemeente Utrecht and leading the phasing out of multiple Document Management Systems at Bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie West-Betuwe, Tieleman has contributed significantly to strategic information management within the Omgevingsdienst Noordzeekanaalgebied and previously supported the implementation of the Omgevingswet at Gemeente Reimerswaal. With a solid educational foundation in Business Computing and software training, Tieleman has successfully managed teams and projects at multiple municipalities and companies, ensuring the effective deployment of complex information systems and regulatory compliance.
