Rayna S. has a diverse work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Rayna started their career as a District Manager Intern at ALDI, where they gained in-depth knowledge of the company's operations. Rayna then worked as a Graduate Assistant at Youngstown State University, assisting professors with research and writing tasks.
After their internship, Rayna joined Horseshoe Casino as a Tablegames Dealer, where they demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ensured compliance with rules and regulations. Rayna later transitioned to Target, where they worked as an Executive Team Lead, managing salesfloor and front end teams to provide excellent guest experiences.
Rayna then joined OEConnection (OEC) as an Onboarding and Training Coordinator, combining account management and customer service to support parts managers across North America. Rayna further expanded their training and management skills at Amazon as an Area Manager, responsible for outbound operations and efficiency in a fulfillment center.
Rayna joined Hylant next, initially as an Office (Operations) Manager, overseeing daily operations and serving as a liaison for marketing, IT, and HR. Rayna later took on the role of Training Implementation and Design Manager, creating training materials and conducting sessions for multiple applications.
In 2018, Rayna joined VIPKID as an ESL Teacher, specializing in teaching English as a Second Language to children. Rayna utilized various teaching techniques and tailored lesson plans to each student's needs.
Most recently, Rayna worked at Management Research Services, Inc. (MRS, Inc) as a Training Manager / Client Success. In this role, they managed internal and external training, facilitated trainings, and created training programs through instructional design. Rayna also facilitated the onboarding process for new associates.

Rayna S. began their education journey in 2010 when they enrolled in Cleveland State University. Rayna pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and completed their studies in 2012. In 2015, Rayna furthered their education by attending Youngstown State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2016.
Rayna's commitment to continuous learning led their to obtain various certifications. In 2017, they earned the Food Safety for Managers Certification from the State of Ohio. In 2019, they became a certified Zumba Instructor through Zumba Fitness. Additionally, in 2020, Rayna obtained the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from FullCircle.
Rayna's professional development continued in 2021 when they earned the Women in Leadership Certification from PRADCO. In the same year, they also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Management & Strategy Institute. This dedication to process improvement led their to pursue the Lean Green Belt Certification from IASSC in 2015.
In 2021, Rayna decided to pursue a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree at Wilmington University. Rayna'sprogram is focused on Organizational Leadership Learning and Innovation, and they are expected to complete their studies in 2024.
Throughout their educational journey, Rayna has also attained additional certifications such as the Agile Project Management Fundamentals (APMF) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in 2022, the Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance in the same year, and the HSRC Members - Human Subjects Research certification from the CITI Program in 2023.
Lastly, it is worth mentioning that Rayna acquired the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) certification from Youngstown State University in 2016.
