Nicole Nastasi, MSHI, currently serves as the Client Operations Manager of Life Sciences at Management Science Associates, Inc., since February 2023. Previously, Nicole worked at Allegheny Health Network as an Oncology Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist and a Laboratory Clinical Informatics Specialist, where responsibilities included EPIC training and improving end-user workflows. At Title21 Health Solutions, Nicole specialized in clinical software implementation, focusing on system configuration and post go-live support activities, with a strong understanding of clinical and laboratory workflows. Nicole’s background includes experience as a Stem Cell Specialist at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, processing stem cells and bone marrow, and as a Medical Technologist. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Health Informatics from Chatham University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Saint Francis University.
