Richard McConnell

Richard McConnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management at Management Science Associates, Inc. Since June 2015, Richard has held the roles of Business Development Manager and Information Technology Project Lead, where contributions to the Savvy Citizen App project enhanced municipal communication.
