Erica Martin

Erica Martin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in international health and education sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Management Sciences for Health, Erica leads organizational priorities and initiatives. Previously, as Senior Director at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Erica partnered with the CEO to advance policies and programs aimed at combating pediatric AIDS and enhancing women's health across 14 countries. Other notable roles include Director of Program Development at the Institute of International Education, where Erica expanded USAID portfolio activities, and various managerial positions at Chemonics International, focusing on operational efficiency and program development. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Government from the University of Virginia and a certificate in Spanish literature and language from the Center for Cross-Cultural Study in Sevilla.
