Brian Roy has extensive experience in the real estate and finance industry. Brian started their career in 1995 at Morgan Stanley, where they worked as an Associate Vice President in Investments until 2001. In 2010, they established their own company called BR Development, specializing in real estate consulting, financing, and asset management. Brian'sexpertise lies in commercial real estate loans and income producing properties, particularly multi-family properties. In 2018, Brian joined Management Services Corporation as the Vice President of Finance. Brian is currently working as the Manager at Woolen Mills, LLC since 2020.
Brian Roy attended the University of Virginia from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Foreign Affairs.
